In July 2016 the GECQ team moved into our building with two tenants. 2 September 2017 saw 146 guests celebrating the one year anniversary of GECQ with 18 tenant companies. On 1 September 2018, GECQ’s 25th tenant Qingdao SchiRu Management & Consulting Co., Ltd. joined us: we are proud to have reached 46.3% occupancy and looking forward to signing the next contracts after 2 years’ operations.
Our tenants form the heart of the GECQ and we are happy to see it beating soundly whether during seminars or tenant outings. The GECQ team will continue to provide our tenants with wholehearted service.
