Saturday, 4 September 2021 saw the German Enterprise Centre Qingdao celebrating its 5th anniversary of operations with tenants, partners and friends. In the past five years, we have come a long way: raising the occupancy rate from 4% to over 70%; organizing on average 16 events every year, over 80 events up to date; starting our shared office space last year. The GECQ will continue to serve SMEs from all over the world and make this building a place for our tenants to succeed, for the business community to meet and for cultural exchange.
